This policy explains what The Hoss Brothers collects when your firm applies on thehossbrothers.com or works with us, how we use it, and who we share it with.
What we collect
- Your name, work email and phone number.
- Your application answers, like your firm's name and location, monthly revenue range, team size, engagement value, how long it takes to sign a client, and your biggest bottleneck.
- Notes from our calls and emails with you.
- Billing details for any pack you buy. Stripe handles card payments, and we never see or store your full card number.
- How you found us, like the ad, email or link you clicked.
How we use it
- To review your application and see whether we're open in your area.
- To schedule and prepare for our call, and to send reminders.
- To deliver the appointments you buy, bill for them, and handle any refund.
- To learn which of our ads and emails work.
Who we share it with
- Companies that help us run our business, like the ones that host our website, store our records, send our emails and texts, and take payments. They can only use your information to do that work for us.
- Anyone the law requires us to share it with, like a court with a valid order.
We don't sell your information. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
Text messages
If you check the box for texts, we text you reminders about your call. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to stop them, or HELP for help.
How long we keep it
We keep your information as long as we need it to work with your firm and run our business, and as long as the law requires for billing records. You can ask us to delete it at any time, and we will unless the law requires us to keep it.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we have about you, ask us to fix it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@thehossbrothers.com and we'll take care of it.
Keeping it safe
We protect your information with reasonable safeguards, like encrypted connections and limits on who can see it. No system is perfect, so we can't promise it's completely secure.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we'll post the new version here with a new date.
