What we do
The Hoss Brothers books screened consultations for estate planning and elder law firms. We aren't a law firm, and nothing on this site is legal advice.
Applying
Applying doesn't guarantee we'll work with your firm. We open one area at a time and work with one firm in each area, and we decide whether your area is open and whether your firm is a fit.
Your order
Prices, pack sizes, the refund on your trial pack, and any automatic charge for a later pack are all set in the order you sign. Nothing on this site is an offer by itself, and if anything here differs from your signed order, your order controls. We only charge your card for a later pack automatically if you agreed to that in your order.
Your firm's rules
Your firm stays responsible for following the rules for lawyers in its state, including the rules for lawyer advertising.
Text messages
Program: The Hoss Brothers call reminders.
What we send: reminders and updates about your call with us.
How often: message frequency varies, usually a few texts for each call.
Cost: message and data rates may apply.
To stop: reply STOP at any time. We'll send one text to confirm, and then you won't get any more texts from this program.

You only get texts if you check the box for them, and you don't have to check it to apply. Carriers aren't liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information.
Using the site
Please don't misuse the site, like sending false information, trying to break it, or copying it. We may change or stop the site at any time.
Limits on our responsibility
We provide this site as it is. To the fullest extent the law allows, we aren't responsible for indirect losses from using it.
The law that applies
These terms are governed by the laws of Pennsylvania.
Changes to these terms
If we change these terms, we'll post the new version here with a new date.
